3. If I send supplies that are tampered with, have broken factory seals, have damaged expiration dates and lot numbers, are expired or short-dated, or have damage beneath labels, I understand that my supplies will not be returned and I will not receive compensation.
4. It is my responsibility to ensure that my supplies are packaged securely. eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com will not compensate for damaged products during shipment.
5. I am solely responsible for my package being lost in transit or marked delivered prematurely by USPS. I must file a missing package claim on my behalf.
6. If I send test strips or supplies that are not listed on the website or not previously negotiated, I will not receive compensation, and my items will be donated. Items will not be returned for free, and I am responsible for return shipping fees.
7. eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com is not liable for damages found beneath labels, and such items will be deducted from my final payout. Damaged or incomplete items will result in reduced or no payment.
8. I have 7 days from the receipt of my items by eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com to request their return. After this period, I will not be able to retrieve my items.
9. Once payment is sent via PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or Check, my items are not returnable under any circumstances.
10. If my items are tampered with or resealed, I will not receive them back, even if I offer to pay for shipping. This is non-negotiable.
11. eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com cannot reverse electronic payments once sent. If I provide incorrect payment information, I must contact the payment entity for a solution.
12. I lawfully own the test strips and supplies and have the right to sell them.
13. If my test strips and supplies meet all terms and conditions, eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com will issue payment within 24-48 hours after processing via PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or Check. PayPal fees are not covered by eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com.
14. I have 14 days from submitting an online order to receive the quoted price. Orders received after this period will be subject to current prices.
15. Orders valued at $5,000 or more will be paid within 5 business days, and orders valued at $10,000 or more within 7 business days.
16. eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com will destroy all prescription labels before redistributing my supplies. I am responsible for any damage caused by label removal.
17. I cannot sell test strips or supplies paid for by Medicare, Medicaid, or any government-funded program.
18. Standard delivery time for a check via USPS is 5-7 business days, but may take up to 14 days. If my check is lost, I must request a stop payment cancellation. A new check will be issued, which may take up to 14 business days.
19. Upon receipt and inspection of my supplies by eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com, I transfer all rights, title, and interest in the supplies to eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com.
20. All items must be in original packaging and include all manufacturer materials. Tampered items will not be accepted.
21. By using any services provided by or doing business with eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com, I agree that the rights of the parties are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law provisions.
22. The exclusive forum for any disputes is Maricopa County, Arizona. I waive the right to a trial by jury and agree to bring claims in my individual capacity only.
23. I consent to receive text messages, phone calls, and emails from eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com and its affiliates for purposes listed herein and in the Privacy Policy.
24. eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com and its affiliates will not have any liability to me in excess of the final value assigned by eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com at inspection.
25. eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com and its affiliates will not be liable for foreseeable or unforeseeable damages arising out of this agreement.
26. The prices listed and the value assigned to items are not equivalent to fair market value and are subject to change at any time.
27. The diabetic test strips and supplies I am selling belong to me, are not stolen, are sealed, and non-expired. Their sale does not alter my prescription or care plan.
28. Terms and conditions for this website can change at any time without notification. It is my responsibility to review the terms and conditions each time I sell my diabetic supplies to eastcoastdiabeticexchange.com.
